Now that Rowley has a girlfriend (Diary of a Wimpy Kid #7: The Third Wheel), Greg Heffley finds himself alone. He has lost his wing man, his homework help, his cursive writer, and the guy who walks in front so that Greg does not step in dog poop. Left to his own devices, Greg has to find a way to survive by himself and avoid going to summer school. That's when he comes up with the best plan.
